“Opening Exhortation”
~God is taking the negative thing in your life to use them for His Glory.~
Sometimes when we are embarking on things the enemy likes to remind us of the things we’ve done in the past to the point that it crippled us. It stops us from exercising our Faith. But I want to remind you that the thing that you did that caused you to cry out to God, He is using it for His Glory.
After reading Genesis 28:10-17 I’m here to remind you that God has given us similar promises and when we are faced with our challenges, when we are travailing, when we are faced with a dilemma, you are going to be Afraid -and- (exercise) your Faith; and just as God did Jacob get those things right, go to the one you have offended and get it right, do it so that you can face your travail in peace and so that you can exercise your Faith and come boldly to the Throne of Grace. You will say as Jacob, Lord that you said that you would keep me wherever I go (Genesis 28:15, NIV). When you do that you will be exercising the same kind of Faith that Jacob did.
I know that you are afraid, I know that you are fearful, but if you’ve turned those things over to the Lord then it’s going to be alright. Our fears arise out of our past, but God wants us to have Forward thinking.
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins.” 1 John 1:9
Be in a position to be able to pray, to stand in the gap, not only for your family but also for your friends.
My friend, sister, and brother, when fear comes recognize the source is “Unforgiveness.” God wants us to change the way we think so that He can use us for His Glory.
Take on the world and let God use our gifts and talents.
Amen....
