OUR HISTORY

In August of 1995, Greater Maryland Jurisdictional Prelate, Bishop David W. Spann, Sr., ordained Pastor Paul. Soon after he undertook the role of assistant pastor at Calvary Church of God in Christ. Pastor Paul held this position for 10 years. It was during his tenure as an assistant pastor that his prison ministry was birthed which has been maintained for over 20 years. In the fall of 1998 Pastor Paul was led by God to begin the ministry at Full Life Family Ministries in Hagerstown, MD. The foundation of the ministry was his family of 6, which was launched in Pangborn Park. Since these meager beginnings the ministry has been established at 80 West Lee Street. Under Pastor Paul's leadership hundreds of souls have passed through its doors, many of which continue to be connected to the ministry despite residing in other states. Pastor Paul's ministry emphasizes the importance of building and fostering relationships as it reaches out to those who have been hurt and wounded, having no home, looking for peace, comfort and truth through God's word. The church's statement of faith: To build, in Christ, a church of Love where, by working together for the unity, edification, discipline, and encouragement of believers, we might grow into our Lord, Jesus Christ's image, and have a full life in Him.
