OUR MINISTRIES
Full Life offers several opportunities for the church to connect with its surrounding community in order to build strong/healthy relationships in Christ Jesus. “This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you,” John 15:12.
Prayer
Prayer is at the heart of a Christian life. Charles Spurgeon is quoted saying, "The habit of private prayer and the constant practice of heart-fellowship with the Most High are the surest indicators of the work of the Holy Spirit upon the heart." Because prayer is essential, we meet every Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. for communal prayer and Sunday mornings prior to Sunday School for private prayer.
Prison Ministry
Our women's department teaches Bible Study to the women at the Washington County Detention Center every 1st Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday School
Adult Sunday School is taught by Sharon Green. Sharon has been teaching for approximately 10 years. Her laid back, down to earth approach to teaching makes one feel that they are at home with a group of friends sharing the word of God.
Youth Sunday School is taught by Minister Tim Hinkle. Minister Tim uses objective learning and integrates technology when teaching biblical based Sunday School classes.
Children's Church
Children's Church is taught during the morning worship service. Art, Music, Puppets, and Plays are integrated with bible stories to enhance learning for children ages, 3 - 12 years of age.
Rubies
Rubies is our women's outreach group that mentors women who have fallen on hard times and are challenged with getting back on their feet again. Rubies connects women with the following resource needs: Finances, Employment, Housing, Education, and Day Care. The women provide the support through one-on-one mentoring relationships.
Community service
Full Life offers a free pancake breakfast to the community every 4th Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 am.
Community Outreach also takes place every quarter through free meals, carnivals, and dinner/movie children's night.
